2. GRIP
Tremendously important to develop a strong grip for gymnastics on the bar.
3. HOLLOW BODY POSITION
The basis for solid gymnastic movements.
4. STRICT STRENGTH
Having strict strength before any kind of kipping is important for body awareness, stability and preventing injuries.
5. ACTIVATION & BODY AWARENESS
Focus on activating & being aware of the muscles being used in a movement.
6. ACCESSORIES
They may not be sexy but accessories are super important for muscle memory & strengthening smaller muscles.
7. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Make sure your training is effective & performed to the best of your abilities before larger weights and volume.

You cannot WIN in warm-ups & accessories. Take your time & and do it right.

Skills take time. Be happy with where you are at and go back to the basics if needs be.
