HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING AT WANDERLUST?
Since June 2016...so it’s nearly 5years! (Wow, it seems not that long ago).
WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?
Nothing in particular. Just trying to be fit and have better lifestyles (not to sleep very late and wake up earlier). However, it’d be great to be able to do all the hanging workouts (pull up, toes-to-bar, etc) and other gymnastic movements.
ANY FITNESS MILESTONES YOU HAVE ACHIEVED?
Weightliftings and handstands.
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
Spending time with family and church. Oh... and eating yummy food.
ANY TIPS FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO START CROSSFIT?
I had never been to a gym previously. I was scared and concerned about how to do weightliftings, and I still remember how the coaches welcomed me and showed the scale versions of the movements. I could see how I’ve been improving and getting stronger.
FAVOURITE LIFT OR MOVEMENT?
I like everything, except running and jumping! If I had to choose then I prefer doing weightliftings and handstands.
WHAT CHALLENGES HAVE YOU OVERCOME?
In terms of Crossfit, it helped me to get fitter, stronger and push myself.

ANYTHING IN BALI YOU WOULD RECOMMEND?
Go exploring in nature; the mountains, beaches, stay at nice resorts/hotels/villas and get to know the culture. And, of course... eat all the yummy foods!
