HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING AT WANDERLUST?
I have been training at Wanderlust, before it was Wanderlust, since day “minus one” (around 2013). I taught Les Mills and held spinning classes. I then met Dave Driskell (2015) when he came as a guest coach, which turned into him opening what we know as Wanderlust. I love CrossFit so much and I am still doing it 6 days a week.

ANY TIPS FOR THOSE WANTING TO START BUT ARE NERVOUS?
