MORE THAN A FEAST

As part of the activity of On The Road to the 2022 Ubud Food Festival, the festival’s founders along with Casa Luna presents More Than a Feast. It’s a collaboration between emerging chefs, artisan producers, and performers, and each month a young culinary team will feature a themed innovative menu that uses Bali’s finest ingredients. The program is aimed as a platform for these up-and-coming chefs, artisans, and musicians to showcase their creativity and also to open a source of income for those who are impacted by the pandemic. The first showcase has already been served last May 15th in Indus Joglo, Ubud, with Chef Andy, a wood-fired specialist cook, who’s been in the business for a decade (working in Mozaic and Potato Head Beach Club among others).
