THE PRACTICE
For more experienced yogis, practicing at The Practice might be right up your alley. Worldclass teachers and a majestic open-air bamboo structure with rice field view is already alluring enough, but the sublimation of the ancient methodology of Tantric Hatha Yoga into their teachings is what sets them apart from the others. The Practice is certainly a step up into mastering the spiritual science behind yoga. Classes are naturally more focused on Hatha as well as sessions on Mantra, one of the basic tenets of traditional tantric Hatha.
